Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Danish Plumbing & Construction ("Danish Plumbing", "we", "us") receives through danishplumbing.com, how it is used, and which cookies and similar browser storage the website uses.
Who we are
Danish Plumbing & Construction provides plumbing and general contracting services in Fresno, Madera, Tulare and Kings Counties (CSLB #1086032 B General – C 36 Plumbing). You can reach us by phone at (559) 705-8349 or through the contact form on our Contact page.
Information you send us
Contact forms (on the About, Our Services, Past Projects and Contact pages) ask for your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
The blog comment form asks for your name, email address, an optional website address and your comment. New comments are held for moderation. If a comment is approved, your name and comment are shown publicly on the website. Your email address is not published.
When you send a form, the website also records the page it was sent from, the date and time, your browser's user agent and your IP address.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, discuss and provide our services, moderate comments, and protect the website and its forms against spam and abuse.
Where it is stored and sent
- Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, which also hosts this website.
- Contact form messages are emailed to the business inbox used for that form, through Cloudflare's email service. The email contains the details you entered together with the page, date, time, browser user agent and IP address described above. Blog comments do not send an email.
- Before a form is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it was sent by a person rather than an automated program. Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device for this check.
- To limit repeated submissions, the website keeps a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) value derived from your IP address. It does not store your IP address in readable form for this purpose.
- Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and comments for as long as we need them to respond to you, to run our business and to meet any legal obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
Some storage is strictly necessary for the website to work securely and is always on. Optional analytics and the embedded reviews panel are used only if you agree. When you first visit, a banner asks whether to Accept all, Refuse optional, or Select optional. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Strictly necessary
- Security verification (Cloudflare Turnstile): on pages with a form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or browser storage on its own domain to check that the form is being used by a person.
- Your cookie choice (danish-consent): stored in your browser's local storage so the website remembers your choice. It is kept for up to 6 months, after which we ask again.
Optional, only with your consent
- Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_F557SEWGMP on this website and sends usage information to Google.
- Reviews embed (Housecall Pro): our Reviews page can show a customer reviews panel provided by Housecall Pro. If you allow it, the panel loads from housecallpro.com, and Housecall Pro uses its own analytics services (Segment and Amplitude), which set their own cookies and browser storage. If you do not allow it, you can still read the reviews on Housecall Pro's website through the link on the Reviews page.
Comment details you choose to save
If you tick "Save my name, email and website in this browser for the next time I comment" on the comment form, your name, email address and website are saved in your browser's local storage (danish-comment-identity). Untick the box to remove them.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent for analytics, Google Analytics stops measuring your visits and the website removes the Google Analytics cookies it can access. If you withdraw consent for the reviews embed, the panel is removed. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about the personal information you sent through this website, or to ask us to correct or delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
